•         Feedback - Depending on the type of property you are looking for, the search can take between a few days and several months however you will be kept up to date regularly so you know what we have seen on your behalf. We will present you with a shortlist of properties that match your criteria and arrange for accompanied viewing.

•         Negotiate - We research the background of the chosen property and reason for sale to put us in the best possible position to negotiate the best price and terms for you.

•         Acquire - We arrange surveys and liaise with solicitors to insure a smooth transaction all the way to completion. We also offer a full Project management service if the property needs work.
